Any item purchased from
exclusivesuits.com that fails to live up to your satisfaction may be returned within 7 days after you receive the item for exchange or refund, providing that the garment has not been tailored and/or worn, with the original tags attached to the item(s).
All returns should have RA (return authorization ) number noted out side of the box next to the address.
Make sure you receive the RA number by email from us.
Any packages returned to us without the RA number will be refused.
This will cause a delay on your exchange or refund, and will be considered as final sale.
We maybe able to recover only exchanges, and there will be no refunds. In some cases we might be able to give store credit instead of refund.
If for some reason you sent the item back to us after the 7 days, it will then be considered as your
store credit for future purchase only, and there will be no refund. The store credit does not expire, and can be used at any time. The amount of the store credit will be the cost of the item returned minus 10% restocking fee. (excluding any freight and other charges).
Any claim regarding the quality, stains, fit or damages or defects and etc... should be reported to us before the tags are taken off, before any alteration, and before wearing the product. We are not responsible for any claim after the suit is worn.
For any claim, exchange, refunds or questions, please send an email to
info@exclusivesuits.com within 24 hours after receiving your order.
(PLEASE DO NOT CALL). In your email please make sure to include your First and Last Name, Address, Order Id #, Tel # and your Message, Otherwise we will assume that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and the sales become final. We will reply back within 72 hours
There is no shipping charges on exchanges if the reason was caused by us. (If we shipped you the wrong size, style or color). If we have shipped you the right item including style, color and size, and for some other reasons you want us to exchange the item(s), please include a money order or cashiers check payable to EXCLUSIVESUITS for the amount of $15.00 for each item. You still have to pay for the freight sending your item back to us for any reason.
Any refund will be, your purchase minus freight minus 10% restocking fee.
That means the item cost minus 10%.
There is no refund on items in the $99.00 zoot suits and/or the $99.00 business suits cetegory. EXCHANGE ONLY.
